Terms and Conditions
We act as retail agents for ATOL licence holding tour operators; any chalets showing prices with flights are operated by a tour operator with an ATOL licence. Those chalets shown without flights are run independently of ATOL.
Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays make any warranties and/or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this Site. Neither we nor our Travel Partners make any warranties and/or representations as to the nature or standard or otherwise of any services offered on or through this Site.
Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of:
- your use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Site,
- any failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or
- the performance or non-performance of any services by us or by our Travel Partners or third party providers of flights or holidays.
Our liability and that of our Travel Partners shall be limited in respect of direct loss (save in the case of personal injury or death, in respect of which there is no limit) to a maximum of the price of the product or service to which the claim relates.
If any of the above limitations and exclusions, in whole or in part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part thereof shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) thereof in question.
Your holiday contract is with the selected Tour/Chalet Operator and their current booking conditions will govern all aspects of your holiday. If you would like a copy of these, you will need to request this in writing to us, or refer to their current website or brochure for full details.
Very occasionally, Holiday Operators cancel holidays for reasons that are beyond our control. If this happens, you will be notified, and a refund will be given as per the Holiday Operators Terms and Conditions. If required, we will try and find you a suitable alternative holiday. We cannot accept any liability for any other costs relating to a holiday cancellation.

Chalet Prices
The prices shown are per person per week and are based on two people sharing a standard room (unless otherwise stated). The price includes catered accommodation (unless otherwise stated) and (if stated in the chalet description) return flights and/or transfers. Our prices do NOT include ski carriage or equipment hire, insurance, ski passes, lunchtime food or an 'open bar' (unless otherwise stated).
A small local tourist tax may be charged in resort by certain operators, payable to your chalet hosts.
The prices are indicative only and are subject to change at any time. Additional room or other supplements may apply.
Late Deal Prices
Late deal prices shown are for the cheapest room available based on the maximum occupancy of that particular room (per person per week). If flights are included in the late deal price, then these may be from any UK regional airport.
Accuracy of Chalet Information (including Prices)
The chalet information does change from time to time and therefore certain elements of the holiday may have changed by the time you come to book. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore check all details of your holiday (including prices) with us at the time of booking. Because we only act as agent we have no responsibility for any errors in any documentation, except where those errors were made by ourselves.

The chalet photos and images used on this website have been provided by the Tour Operator and should be used for illustrative purposes only; we strive to keep the images as up to date as possible, but they may not be an exact representation of the accommodation due to recent refurbishments or re-designs. For accurate information regarding chalet facilities, layout or décor, please speak to one of our sales representatives.
Our Chalet Ratings
Our chalet ratings are based on a scale of 1 - 6 (6 being the highest quality) and are our subjective opinions intended to act as a guide only. We base our ratings on three main factors;
- Quality of chalet operator
- Facilities in the chalet
- Location of the chalet
Special Offers
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (unless otherwise stated), are subject to availability and may change at any time. Special Offers have to be arranged, and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Additional room or other supplements may apply.
Flights
The flight times given on booking your holiday are for general guidance only and are subject to change. The latest timings will be shown on your invoice. However, the actual flight times will be those shown on your tickets, which will be despatched to you approximately two weeks before departure. You must therefore check your tickets very carefully immediately on receipt to ensure the flight details are correct. It is possible that flight times may change even after tickets have been issued - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
We are not always in a position to confirm the airline or airport of destination, which will be used in connection with any flight included in your arrangements. When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently, it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying the normal charges.
Final Balance
If the final balance is not received 12 weeks prior to the holiday departure date, then we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £10 per person (plus an additional charge of £25 for any further reminder notices issued).
